  • Please make sure that all equipment is returned in the condition that it was given in the appropriate case.
  • If your meeting is after 5 pm or runs past 5 pm you are responsible to have the equipment returned by 8 am the next business morning.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee your reservation.
