Conference Room Reservation Requests

Due to the way this building is funded, through indirect cost recoveries, we cannot hold regular classes in this building without jeopardizing the federal money that is used to retire the construction bonds. Please make arrangements in other buildings for teaching classes.
As you may be aware of, there is a large demand on our meeting/conference rooms. At times, meetings are scheduled back-to-back, so please be considerate of others and be punctual with your start and end times.
You are responsible for the cleanliness of the room (especially if you are having a food event), so please make sure the room is picked up before your departure. This is a courtesy for those groups who must occupy the room following your event. If you should find that your event has left the room in some what less than perfect state, we have stocked cleaning supplies in the cabinets for your use. Please dispose of excess trash by placing it in the Autoclave room.

- It is your responsibility to leave the room clean.
- Allow 24 hours for this form to be processed and confirmation to be sent out.
