Education and Outreach

The Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience (IBB) remains committed to the education initiatives that were initially launched under the Georgia Tech/Emory Center for the Engineering of Living Tissue (GTEC). IBB focuses on providing opportunities and experiences for students at all levels that extend beyond formal courses.

IBB supports the following educational programs as well as provides student interactions with industry, and supports a student council group, Bioscience and Bioengineering Unified Graduate Students (BBUGS) which serves the broader bioengineering and bioscience community.
